Overview

Cryo Tube Cap Inserts are designed for use with 1.0ml-5ml 1D-coded Cryo Tubes, External & Internal Thread. Snap easily into the open cavity of both internal and external threaded screw caps. Recommended for use in vapor phase liquid nitrogen only.

For liquid phase LN2, place a Thermoconductive Tube Rack for Cryo or FACS Tubes in the liquid phase LN2 and wait 15 minutes for the rack to equilibrate to LN2 temperature, then place cryogenic vials in the rack. This will ensure samples snap-freeze without direct contact to the liquid phase LN2.
