Express Rack Reader

The Express Rack Reader is a 2D code tube camera reader with an image capture time of only one second. The Express is marginally larger than the SBS rack itself, making it ideal for robotic integration.

Integration with DP5 Reader Software

  • Decoding 2D codes is achieved using our own algorithm which we specifically developed for ‘tube sized’ codes
  • A network connection allows multiple users to access the DP5 software using the server address. It also enables communication with multiple units connected to the same network
  • The DP5 interface can be accessed via tablet or mobile phone using the same server address
  • AI enabled no tube detection
  • Exposure mode selection
  • Read retry with pause
  • Displays the results of the decoding and can identify the difference between a clear read, a damaged code, and a missing tube
  • Any tube image can be clicked on, and the individual read is shown (on the right-hand side) with the tube location and code
