SBS-format screw cap carriers enable automated capping of 24-format sample storage tubes, leading to improved process efficiency and allowing batch filling of tubes prior to capping. Suitable for manual use or for use with IntelliXcap™ Automated Screw Cap Decappers/Recappers.

  • Enable uncapped tubes to be used immediately and then capped using an automated capping and de-capping system
  • Leads to improved process efficiency and allows batch filling of tubes prior to capping
  • When used manually, by transferring caps from the carrier to the tube using a single tube transfer device, the operation becomes faster and the risk of contamination is reduced as cap handling is eliminated
  • Available in cases of 10, empty or pre-filled with low-retention screw caps that can reduce sample loss
