Here, our customer from Cornell Veterinary Biobank, the first ISO 20387 accredited biobank, was looking for supplies and equipment to help improve their processes. They were also interested in technological advances that would assist in quality assurance and ISO standard compliance. Finally, they needed to ensure that the innovative biobanking equipment and supplies could seamlessly integrate with their sample collection, cryopreservation, transportation, and storage process improvements.
