Miniaturization of a qPCR Assay with Reduced Reagent Volumes to Achieve Cost Savings in Gene Expression Analyses in Rumen Epithelium

Application Notes & Tech Notes

Using FrameStar® PCR Plates to Reduce Sybr Green qPCR Reagent Consumption and Costs

Quantitative PCR (qPCR) can be costly. Here, we show how to minimize reagent expenses while maintaining results comparable to previous experiments and sustaining high qPCR sensitivity. Use of a 4titude® FrameStar PCR plate and optimized sealing materials make qPCR assay miniaturization possible without significant changes in Ct values.

See how much we saved by miniaturizing qPCR assays in 96-well format!
