Easily Transfer Samples Between Storage and External Automation Systems
The AIM delivers samples to, or receives samples from, an Azenta 6 Position SD Rack Tray on its external diving board location. Any samples that can be presented onto ANSI/SLAS (SBS) format racks, including tubes, vials, and plates, may be interchanged in this manner. The AIM therefore provides a means of directly interfacing the automated storage system with an external automated system to reduce turnaround times and increase throughput compared to manual methods.
