Reorganization Announcement

Dear Valued Partner,

As publicly announced on September 28, 2021, Brooks Automation, Inc.‘s life science business will be rebranded under the creation of a new identity – Azenta Life Sciences (“Azenta”). GENEWIZ’S operations will remain largely unchanged during this transition; however, certain life science subsidiaries held by Brooks Automation, including GENEWIZ, will undergo an internal legal reorganization. As such, as of November 1, 2021, GENEWIZ LLC will assign any current agreements you have, together with any exhibits, schedules, work orders, purchase orders, quality agreements, or data processing agreements, thereunder, including any other agreements you may enter into with GENEWIZ LLC after the date of this letter and before November 1, 2021 (the “Agreements”), to Azenta US, Inc. If we do not receive an objection from you by November 1, 2021 and/or you continue to perform your obligations under the Agreements, then you will be deemed to have consented to the assignment.
