About the Workshop
Cell populations in complex biological systems are rarely homogenous. Single-cell sequencing aims to uncover the diversity in heterogeneous samples and help scientists study gene expression at the cellular level.
In this workshop, our team will guide you through the single-cell sequencing process and help you learn how to analyze single-cell sequencing results using bioinformatics tools. Following the informative presentation, bioinformatics experts from Azenta and ROSALIND will address common challenges in single-cell sequencing data analysis and answer frequently asked questions during the roundtable discussion.
