Given the variety of 2D coded tubes on the market, the Scanner-Based Barcode Reader is designed and developed with broad compatibility in mind, 2D coded tubes from alternative manufacturers, not only Azenta Life Sciences. Designed and developed entirely with the end user in mind, the Azenta Life Sciences Scanner-Based Barcode Readerr offers fast identification of SBS-format racked, 2D-coded sample storage tubes, without the need to remove tubes from racks.

The Scanner-Based Barcode Reader offers the very best optical quality barcode scanning for 2D and 1D barcoded tubes within a rapid whole-rack scanner format with a small footprint. The Scanner-Based Barcode Reader is based on scanning technology and forms the backbone of many sample storage and tracking systems, for applications including biobanks, compound libraries and other high-throughput storage environments. Supplied with a 5-year warranty.
