Previously, he served as an independent director at PHC Holdings Corp. (TSE: 6523), a global healthcare company headquartered in Japan. Mr. Malus brings over 18 years of broad reaching executive and operating experience in the life sciences, global healthcare, and diagnostics industry, with experience in enhancing growth strategies and market expansion.
