As announced late last year, Brooks Life Sciences has rebranded to Azenta. At the time, we notified you that changes to the entity you transact with would happen at a later date and the details would be provided as that date approached.
We are happy to inform you that BioStorage Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd will change its name Azenta Asia Pacific Pte Ltd effective September 1, 2022. The entity you are currently doing business with is being renamed, as reflected here. This is a name-change only, and the legal entity remains the same, it will just be renamed. Our name change does not impact any terms and conditions in our contract with you. Please update your records and systems to reflect the new name. All other supplier information remains as is.
